We have TS EN ISO 9001 certification since 2006. In our process we think one process is a customer of the other process. In Quality Assurance department to measure the profile products, we have pertometer machine, profile projector machine. We are using lot numbers to control the production documents with marking the lot number on the die.

In the production of dies and components has a large number of machineries as internal, external and surface grinding machines, honning machines, high precision CNC Lathes for turning application. In the EDM department we have CNC Wire cutting EDM machine, CNC EDM machines and Drilling machine (min. 0,2mm ) The Polishing department has always been considered very important. We have traditional lapping methods and also special automatic machines for lapping the various forms. We are measuring the surface roughness with our surface roughness machine Ra 0,05 m.

NEDU with a new generation of advanced manufacturing technologies, modern machines and its high qualified staff is able to satisfy any demand. We produce a wide range of dies and tools hard metal of any form and with the dimensions from 3mm to 200mm. We are producing approximetly 1000 pcs hard metal dies and 5000 pcs steel dies per month. We are being to our costomers solution partners to solve their Design, Tool life problems by using our know-how, FEM method and CAD systems.
